If you lose funds due to your own negligence — sharing your password, failing to enable two-factor authentication, or falling victim to phishing — dusk is not liable for recovery. We strongly advise you to keep your login credentials secure and to never share them with anyone, including our support team. Our staff will never ask for your password.
